You may return eligible items within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. We will accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return (Self-Serve Returns on Shopify)
Vann & Liv uses Shopify’s self-serve returns feature for a fast and simple return process. Here’s how you can initiate a return:
- Log into your account on the Vann & Liv website.
- Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
- Click the “Request Return” button next to the item(s) you want to return.
- Follow the prompts to submit your return request.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
Return Shipping Fee
A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we have received the return we will issue a store credit to you account. We do not offer refunds.
