No one knows what kind of creature Rockleton is, or where he came from. Even his own memory's a little hazy: for years, he was just there, static, happily aware only of the rumblings of the earth.

And then one day, he just, sort of... woke up. Discovered he'd had eyes and limbs all along. Figured he'd explore the world on these new rock-legs. Ever since, his days are simple: walk, observe, and enjoy the scenery – come rain or shine (both keep his moss looking lush).

It just shows, even those who seem unchanging can still go through something of a metamorphosis.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. We will accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return (Self-Serve Returns on Shopify)
Vann & Liv uses Shopify’s self-serve returns feature for a fast and simple return process. Here’s how you can initiate a return:

  • Log into your account on the Vann & Liv website.
  • Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
  • Click the “Request Return” button next to the item(s) you want to return.
  • Follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Return Shipping Fee
A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once we have received the return we will issue a store credit to you account. We do not offer refunds.
