She's the comic of the Flufflet Street Theater Company, best known for turning missed cues into punchlines and costume blips into standing ovations. Together with her friends Fawn Flufflet Bunny and Oat Flufflet Bunny, she tours London, performing original plays, interpretive dances, and the occasional impromptu juggling act. Offstage, she's the same sunny soul – quick to laugh, and never without a handful of petals for her adoring fans. After all, comedy's all about connection (and a good exit hop).

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of your order being delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. We will accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return (Self-Serve Returns on Shopify)
Vann & Liv uses Shopify’s self-serve returns feature for a fast and simple return process. Here’s how you can initiate a return:

  • Log into your account on the Vann & Liv website.
  • Navigate to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
  • Click the “Request Return” button next to the item(s) you want to return.
  • Follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Return Shipping Fee
A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label.

Refunds
Once we have received the return we will issue a store credit to you account. We do not offer refunds.
